TL Services sells gift cards and prepaid card activation at fixed denominations. Cards are activated at the point of sale and delivered digitally to the buyer within minutes. We also handle card loading and small business card services.

How it works
1. Choose a denomination. 2. Pay by card. 3. The card is activated and the number is sent to you. Most orders complete in under five minutes during business hours.
Refunds
An unactivated card is refunded in full. Once a card has been activated the balance is held by the card issuer and is not refundable, but a card that fails to activate is replaced or refunded within 24 hours of the order.
Refund requests go to the support address below and are answered within one business day.

By ordering you agree that card balances are issued by the card brand and not by TL Services. TL Services is not a bank. Disputes are handled by email first. Governing law is the State of Texas.
